About Principal Shanay Gilchrist

Principal Shanay Gilchrist leads UPAD Elementary with energy and vision. She believes strongly in building community connections and supporting young scholars as they begin their academic journey. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, encouragement, and high expectations for every student.
